Ian’s career has been in Digital Management with a focus on technology transformation, including guiding transformational programmes by providing strategy, creating roadmaps, and solution implementation.

Recent transformation roles have included an organisation-wide remedial transformation for Manawanui and Digital Strategic Planning and roadmap development for NZAB Bank. He is currently working with The Tranzit Group to develop and implement an organisation-wide AI Strategy.

Programme management experience includes work he did with Kiwi Bank, where he served as Programme Director, and with the Ministry of Education, where he programme-managed the Data Centre move, virtualised the entire IT Service suite, and ran a full DR test, with 17 staff reporting to him.

Mason Pratt

Mason is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience spanning a diverse range of product and service businesses.

As one of Ronin Group’s Principal Consultants, Mason works closely with Senior Executives to identify how best to utilise technology to meet strategic outcomes. For the past two years, he has been working with Maritime New Zealand to develop and implement a Digital Modernisation strategy. At the Department of Corrections, Mason and other Ronin team members have provided a business-ICT aligned current state, stabilisation plans for existing systems and options for future replacement of Corrections' core systems.
